This Agreement is made between the user and the provider
1. Purpose
The Provider grants the User limited permission to access and use the Toric Calculator (“Tool”) for professional or educational purposes related to refractive and astigmatic calculations.
2. Permitted Use
The User may use the Tool only for legitimate clinical or academic work.
The User may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or share the Tool without written approval from the Provider.
3. Accuracy & Responsibility
The Tool provides estimated calculations and is not a substitute for clinical judgment.
The User is solely responsible for verifying all outputs prior to applying them in patient care or decision-making.
4. Disclaimer
The Tool is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Provider assumes no liability for any outcomes, errors, or damages resulting from use of the Tool.
5. Data Privacy
The User agrees not to enter identifiable patient information unless appropriate privacy protections, consents, and legal requirements are in place.
The Provider does not collect or store user-entered data unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Tool, including formulas, algorithms, and interface elements, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
